In this fun, hands-on cookery class, our chefs will show you how to make beautiful doughnuts, fillings and icing. You’ll learn all the techniques needed to recreate these at home, from preparing the perfect batter to deep frying and decorating.

You’ll go home with a box of doughnuts to show off to your friends and family!

Techniques you will learn:

  • You will learn how to make dough perfect for doughnuts – light, airy and tasty.
  • Our chefs will show you how to make a wonderful crème patissiere.
  • Shaping, frying, dipping, filling and icing.

Recipes:

Full recipes including ingredients and method are provided for you to take home to add to your repertoire so you can keep on cooking them time and time again.

Students need to bring:

Please note that you you will need to bring a couple of sizeable (minimum 1L) food storage containers to take your food home in, we will provide all other equipment and ingredients.

Tea and coffee are provided throughout on all of our classes.
