Learn how to perfect a true classic (and impress your friends)! You will be working in pairs in this 1.5 hour session learning how to create the perfect Raspberry Soufflé.

Techniques you will learn:

  • How to make an intensely flavoured soufflé base with cassis.
  • Learn how to make a fluffy white meringue.
  • How to fold the ingredients together correctly.
  • How to line and prepare your soufflé mould and the bake to perfection.
  • Make a yummy raspberry coulis to finish the soufflé.


In this class the below recipes, including ingredients list and method, are provided for you to take home to add to your repertoire so you can keep on cooking them time and time again.

What you can take home:

At the end of the class you will sit down and eat what you have made.

Please note that you do not need to bring any equipment or ingredients with you as this will be provided by the cookery school and is included in the cost. You will however need to bring a couple of sizeable (minimum 1L) food storage containers to take your food home in.

Tea and coffee are provided throughout on all of our classes.
