Resident Chef Simon Chappelow will show you how to expertly make, rest and roll short crust pastry, how to whip up a yummy white wine sauce and create fillings to make a chicken, mushroom and tarragon pie to perfection and a wholemeal pastry pasty filled with green lentils and butternut squash.

Full recipes including ingredients and method are provided for you to take home to add to your repertoire so you can keep on cooking them time and time again
