The Easy Life
During this session you will explore the Brazilian philosophy of cooking and eating, with a low & slow-cooked Feijoada, Brazil’s national dish. Taste the transformation that comes with low & slow cooking. As ingredients tenderise and flavours deepen, you’ll leave the session eager and confident to take the slower route to great-tasting dishes. In Brazil, food is always worth waiting for.
Addictive Favourites -
Our resident chef will show you how to make the iconic and addictive Brazilian cheese bread, Pao de Queijo, which will leave you searching for an excuse to make it again!
Product of Brazil
you will be shown how to tackle classic Brazilian vegetables and produce from leafy vegetables and citrus fruits to beans and starchy vegetables. You will be given a selection of recipes that will breathe exotic life into your everyday fresh ingredients.
Drinks in Copacabana
You will sample some tantalising Brazilian drinks and cocktails, including the world-famous ‘caipirinha’ or a refreshing Brazilian lemonade, to enjoy along with your cooking!
The recipes below, including ingredients list and method, are provided for you to take home and add to your repertoire so you can recreate them time and time again.

What you can take home:
There is a tasting session after each class where you have the chance to sample the tutor's version of each dish. You will take home everything you make.
Please note that you you will need to bring a couple of sizeable (minimum 1L) food storage containers to take your food home in, we will provide all other equipment and ingredients.
Tea and coffee are provided throughout on all of our classes.
