A workshop where the alchemy of food and wine comes alive. Prepare to have your senses enthralled in this symphony of flavours. Take home delicious recipes using great meats that have been elevated with the addition of some great wines. Not just for drinking, we will show you how wine can transform your dish.

Workshop Roadmap


·        Chorizo with a red wine & honey glaze – Exquisite but simple tapas that combines sweet, smoky, savoury and tangy flavours.


·        Tomato & white wine spaghetti – Supremely fresh tomatoes are paired with crisp white in this amazingly flavoursome dish.


·        Cod cheeks poached in white wine – Delicate fish offal poached gently in white wine and butter.


·        Beef shin in spicy port liquor – Full-bodied port is used to marry up with the rich and deep-flavoured shin of beef, culminating in a taste sensation.


All the session’s recipes are provided for you to take home to add to your repertoire so you can keep on cooking them time and time again.

You do not need to bring any other equipment or ingredients with you as this will be provided by the cookery school and is included in the cost.

We use induction hobs at the cookery school so if you have a pacemaker fitted, please get in contact with us when you have booked to let us know so we can adapt our equipment to meet your needs.


Refreshments are provided throughout the session.
