First wave of Summer Cookery Classes now live!

We’ve just dropped the first wave of new class dates for July to September - and they’re now live and ready for booking! From Italian cooking to street food that packs a punch - you'll be spoilt for choice!
Whether you fancy brushing up your knife skills, getting hands-on with fresh pasta, or diving into big global flavours, there’s loads to get stuck into. We've even refreshed some our classic cookery classes with some brand new dishes - think you've tried a class before? Think again! Here's just a few of our favourite new additions to the menu...
Pasta & Risotto
Our Pasta Class has always been a fan-favourite. What's a better way to spend an afternoon than rolling out fresh pasta, maybe with a cheeky glass of Sauv if you fancy it? Well this summer, we're giving this class a makeover. You'll now not only learn the fundamentals behind making classic Italian pasta, but also master the craft of a proper risotto. And this isn't your average risotto (close your ears, Nonna)...it's a flavour-packed Harissa & Sundried Tomato risotto, with perfectly pan-fried chicken. Trust us, it's really very good!

Japanese Kitchen
Another class with a summer glow-up is our Japanese class. Now this one isn't to miss! We've added some new dishes that are full to the brim with umami and we're all very excited for you to try them. A stand out is our rich and flavoursome TanTan Ramen. Originally inspired by Chinese dandan noodles, it’s been adapted in Japan into this comforting, flavour-packed bowl of ramen. The base is a rich, creamy broth with a touch of chilli oil - warming, savoury, and just the right level of kick. Minced pork is cooked off until it’s golden and full of flavour, then spooned over springy noodles that soak up all the goodness. Add a perfectly soft boiled egg and you've got yourself your new favourite bowl!

Street Food Express: Jamaican Flavours
You asked - we listened! Okay so we've loved introducing some new Caribbean dishes to you all - from Escovitch Fried Fish to Pepper Shrimp - however, we know you love a classic! So in by popular demand, we're putting Jerk Chicken on the menu. Yep. It's infamous for a reason and these bold and lip-smackingly good Jerk Wings are proving a staff favourite already. Marinated in a fiery mix of Scotch bonnet, allspice and thyme, they're packed with bold, smoky flavour and cooked until perfectly charred and juicy. This is Chef Daniel's favourite street food class, come along and try it for yourself to see why!
